Utah Priorities Project

In 2004, Utahns voted to elect a new governor for the first time in 12 years. The Utah Priorities Project was created to focus the election on the most important problems and issues facing the state. The project's primary goals were to increase public discussion on the most important issues facing Utah and to convince candidates for governor to engage in substantive dialogue on how they would addresss these issues.
